FERPA Training GMS Learning Integration Replaces Vector Solutions Platform

Highlights: The Office of the University Registrar partnered with University Information Services (UIS) to successfully transition our mandatory FERPA compliance training to the AACRAO FERPA course, now hosted directly within GMS Learning.

This migration replaces the previous Vector Solutions package, offering a more sustainable, centralized, and cost-effective solution that provides a robust learning experience for the Georgetown community.

Faculty and staff will still have the ability to access their existing completion records, which were successfully migrated to ensure individuals who previously completed the training are not required to retake it.

Project Timeline: July 2026 – AACRAO FERPA training launched in GMS Learning
