Courseleaf CIM (Course & Program Inventory Management)

Highlights: Georgetown University is partnering with Courseleaf to implement the Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) module to support curriculum governance and provide a  streamlined course and program approval workflow. Faculty and administrators will be able to submit proposals to change or create new programs and courses through a dynamic, web-based form.

The CIM system will automatically route proposals through the appropriate faculty governance workflows and address a major administrative gap by eliminating paper-based forms and manual email tracking.

Departments will still have the ability to track the exact status of their proposals in real-time, from initial submission to final approval and Registrar Banner update.

In addition to streamlining committee communication and workflows, Courseleaf CIM integrates directly with Courseleaf CAT, ensuring that approved curriculum changes automatically and accurately populate the next University Bulletin.
