Coding GSAS Graduate Programs Realignment

Highlights: The Office of the University Registrar is facilitating a comprehensive system realignment for all graduate programs currently affiliated with the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (GSAS). This project updates school and program codes, program hierarchies, and major structures in GU Experience to reflect the program’s newly assigned administrative organization.

This realignment will address historical data challenges for graduate program reporting and improve the routing of digital forms, admissions processing, and institutional funding for graduate programs.

Students will experience a more intuitive process when enrolling, declaring concentrations or applying for graduation, while faculty will benefit from more accurate advising rosters and streamlined advisor assignments.
