Integrated Student Services Center

Highlights Georgetown University launched a new, centralized Student Services Center to co-locate the Office of the University Registrar, the Office of Student Financial Services (Financial Aid), Student Accounts and Cashiering (Revenue and Receivables), Student Health Insurance and the I-9 Office.

The creation of this center addresses a major service gap that students have navigated for years, which was the need to visit multiple different offices across campus to resolve interconnected registration, billing, and financial aid inquiries.

Students now have the ability to visit a single “one-stop shop” on the lower level of White-Gravenor Hall, featuring a modernized iPad and PC check-in station that quickly routes them to the appropriate cross-trained staff member for resolution.

In addition to the physical space, the project included the launch of a new virtual portal (studentservices.georgetown.edu) and an automated ticketing system, allowing students to seamlessly request services online, track the status of their inquiries, and access self-service resources.

Project Timeline August 2023 – Student Services Center officially opened in White-Gravenor Hall
