Courseleaf CAT (Catalog Management)

Highlights: Georgetown University is partnering with Courseleaf to transition the University Bulletin from WordPress to the Courseleaf CAT catalog management system. Administrators and faculty will be able to propose, edit, and review catalog pages through a streamlined, automated workflow directly integrated with our systems.

The new digital catalog will be fully mobile-friendly and address a need that students and faculty have been requesting for years, which is a more intuitive, searchable, and accessible public interface for academic requirements.

Departments will still have the ability to maintain their unique program narratives, but will benefit from reduced manual data entry and real-time synchronization with our course inventory.

In addition to enhanced editing tools, the system provides an archiving feature so students can easily reference past years’ requirements.
