How To Access Results in courseval

Deans, Department Chairs, and Program Directors can access the Course Characteristics report, formerly Report 1, in CoursEval once access has been granted there after the end of each semester. Access to these results in CoursEval is contingent upon the entry of grades by faculty.

The Registrar’s Office will provide the following reports for each department/program: Faculty Profile by Subject, and Subject Characteristics by Course Level. These results will be saved to Box folders, and departments/programs will be notified via email approximately two weeks after graduate grades are due for the given semester. These will replace the former, paper reports 2 and 3. The Faculty Profile by Subject Report will also be provided to the Deans for all departments in their school.

Deans, Department Chairs and Program Directors can access the Comparative Report in MyAccess at any time.
