Drive Mapping for Delivered Reports

At this time, drive delivered reports are only available to Active Directory enabled employees using Microsoft Windows.

Instructions

1. Right-click the “MY COMPUTER” icon.
2. Select “Map Network Drive”.
3. Click the down arrow next to “Drive”.
4. Choose drive letter “Y”. If “Y” is in use, select drive letter “X”.
5. In the field next to “Folder”, type: \\Phoenix\EFS5\Registrar Data\ followed by the folder[s] provided to you.
6. Check the box that states “Reconnect at Logon”.
7. Click Finish.
