Fees, and Refunds
The
Office of Student Accounts is responsible for reporting and collecting Georgetown University
tuition
and fees at the direction of the University Registrar.
Accordingly, the University Registrar maintains the refund schedule:

not be refunded for Module 3 withdrawals after February 5 nor for Module 4 withdrawals after April 14. |
Course Lab or Material
Fees: Individual course Lab or Materials Fees charged
for enrollment in a particular course (fee published with course
in Schedule
of Classes) are automatically removed from the student’s
account if the student officially drops the course by the end
of Add/Drop.
Course Lab or Materials Fees
are not refunded for courses from which the student withdraws after
Add/Drop.
Yates Fee: The
Yates Field House Fee is a mandatory University fee charged to
full-time, enrolled students and cannot be waived nor removed from the accounts
of
full-time enrolled students.
